4. You're human, so it's normal to remember him. I know what you're thinking, so control yourself. Don't call, text, or message him and then say it was a wrong send. If I were you, I would divert my attention to things that will give me peace of mind. Keep doing so until it's easy for you to accept that he's gone.

5. What if he reaches out to you or tries to get back together? That's up to you, but I just want to remind you that he was the reason for your tears. So think carefully. If you do give him a chance, maybe he needs to prove to you that he has changed before you let him back into your life?

6. Can't handle it? Want to cry? Don't hold back because it's normal. It won't disrupt the healing process.

7. You can't do it alone, so surround yourself with people who will make you laugh or lighten up your mood. Just avoid people who will drag you down instead of lifting you up.

8. Did I forget something? Oh, I did. This is the time to spend a lot of time on yourself. Maybe you go for a haircut, buy new clothes... Pamper yourself because no one else will do it for you but you. Remember that when you are used to taking care of yourself, you will not waste your time with people who will just take you for granted.
