How I Discovered My Psychic Abilities

The First Vision

I began having premonitions when I was just seven years old. My family and I were traveling from Bicol to Manila via the Bitukang Manok route. It felt like I was dreaming, but I knew I was awake. In my vision, I saw a truck crashing into the bus we were on. I told my mother, "Ma, it feels like a truck is going to hit us." A few minutes later, the bus we were on collided with a truck and nearly fell into a ravine. Fortunately, no one was hurt. That experience stayed with me and left a lasting impression.

It Wasn’t Just a Coincidence

Years after my first premonition, another event confirmed my belief that it wasn’t just a coincidence. My sister and I were traveling from Baclaran to Cavite. While waiting for a jeepney, I suddenly had another premonition—I saw myself sitting beside the driver with blood dripping from my right temple. Despite the warning, I ignored it. I sat beside the driver while my sister sat in the back with other passengers.

As we neared our destination, the jeepney swerved to avoid a mini-bus that overtook us and crashed into an electric pole. My head hit the windshield—exactly as I had seen in my vision. That incident taught me to listen to my intuition, as it was clearly trying to protect me.

Dreams and a Red Sky

My premonitions began manifesting in my dreams. Once, I dreamt of my father standing in a grave behind a cross while I stood at its foot. It was dark, and it was raining heavily. I told my mother about it, and she immediately went to church to pray for protection. One day, a bad omen appeared—the sky turned red—and my mother said, "It feels like someone in the family will pass away." A week later, my father suddenly passed away. This made me realize that the vision wasn’t meant to stop the event but to prepare me for the responsibilities that would follow.

There was another instance a year later when I saw my father while eating at a food stall in Imus. The memory is vivid—he was standing on the other side of the road, looking at me, wearing the same clothes he wore when he passed away. At first, I didn’t understand why, until my mother reminded me that it was his death anniversary.

Unexplainable Experiences

One time, after coming home from work, I stood in front of our house and saw a ball of white light, about the size of a marble, floating above a banana leaf. I initially thought it was a firefly, but I was shocked when it passed through the leaf. I felt it was an elemental being. Another time, I saw a silver snake while watching TV. At first, I thought it was real, but it vanished right in front of me, like a bubble.

A Gift Passed Down from My Mother

Although I felt scared, I didn’t see this ability as a curse but as a blessing. It became a source of wisdom and guidance that helped me overcome life’s many challenges. What pushed me to fully embrace this gift was the decision to sacrifice myself so my mother wouldn’t be disturbed anymore. My mother used to experience these things often, but her life became peaceful when I fully embraced the gift. This led me to theorize that such abilities can be passed down to blood relatives when the original bearer chooses to let go, as long as another relative is willing to accept them.
